Scott's place was even better than we expected - and we had high expectations! The entire place is beautifully decorated with stylish touches. It was sparkling clean and Scott left nice touches like a personal note and flowers. The house was very quiet at night and also peaceful during the day. The kitchen has everything you need for a stay. The pool was beautiful, warm, and relaxing. The furniture was beautiful and comfortable. Also, the condo was an easy walk to restaurants and shops on El Paseo. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again!

Had a great time at this truly wonderful MCM condo! The pictures of the place really don't do it justice...it's that amazing. Loved everything about it - from the layout - its OMG huge, to the furnishings, and all the very cool and clever wall décor. It's clean and quiet and literally steps away from the heated pool. Also the condo is literally steps away from it's covered parking space, so taking luggage or groceries in or out is a breeze. Scott is a very responsive host and got back to me quickly when I had questions. Place felt very safe as a single female traveler. I plan on returning again and hope to stay longer.
Susan - Mar 2020
Clean, comfortable, large property. Would be happy to stay there again.
Janet - Mar 2020
Scott’s place is a fantastic place to relax and recharge. Thoughtfully appointed, with plush towels and everything you need in the kitchen. Pool right next to private patio is ideal—we had the place to ourselves all weekend! Scott is quick to reply to any questions. Can’t wait to stay here again on our next desert getaway!
Olive - Feb/Mar 2020
This property epitomizes old Palm Springs Style. It's part of a one-story condo complex and has a primo location facing the quiet community pool. The living, dining and kitchen area is big, bright, and well-equipped, as are the two bedrooms. Four people could easily stay here as the sleeping areas are quite apart from each other. Scott is readily available to give any help needed. We will return!
Kathy- Feb 2020
This was a great place for our company team members to stay while attending a local conference. It was convenient, clean and Scott was easy to communicate with. Five stars!
Jennifer - Feb 2020
The cottage was ‘hotel clean’ and so well appointed. The location is great for accessing el Paseo shops. Scott is a great communicator and we felt like he truly cared about our experience.
Emma - Feb 2020
Was everything I had expected it to be from the photos. Bright clean and everything we needed for our golf get-away. Scott is a super host! Very helpful answering questions promptly and clearly.
Ron - Feb 2020
Scott's place is in an ideal location; on a quiet street, and within an easy walk of the downtown street in Palm Springs, with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The house is very elegant and impeccably clean. Scott has furnished the place with great amenities, the kitchen is well stocked, and it has all the comforts of home. Scott has taken great care to organize the amenities, so that all of the instructions are easy to follow. Scott was very prompt with his responses and the check-in was very easy. He takes really good care of his place and it was a delight to stay there. I will definitely be back.

If you love the Palm Springs area and other desert Towns like Joshua Tree, Palm Desert, La Quinta, Indio ..... then please consider staying at this super MCM single townhouse. The Fairway complex of very few homes, is close to El Paseo and all it offers. The house has the original terrazzo floors and the owner has made sure to keep in tack most of the original architectural elements. This very comfortable home has a working fireplace, for those cool winter desert nights, and yet only steps to the perfect swimming pool. Quiet area, as well as close to all outdoor sports, like great hiking!
